Navy wool, fastens at front with double antiqued silvertone CC buttons, notched collar, long-line silhouette with slight flare at hem. Front welt pockets, buttons at cuffs.  Button at centre back seam above centre rear vent. 

Marked size - FR40 / 8 but estimated to also fit USA 6 / FR38. 

Jacket: To fit 35" at chest, garment waist 29", 16" shoulder seams, 24" sleeve. 

Skirt:  Max 28" waist, 38" hip, 20" total length.

To fit 34" at chest (for up to 33" chest person for ease of movement), garment waist 28", 14.5" shoulder seams, 24" sleeve, 31" back neck seam to hem.
